Breakout Room audio problem

Question

I am producing a class and when participants go into breakout rooms the audio dos not carry over.  The entire class still hears each other.  Suggestions?

Depending on the audio option you are using that could be the issue. If people are calling into your session they may not have their audio line synced to their account in Adobe. When you move the adobe connection over to the breakout their phone stays in the main roon because of this. You would have to move their audio over to that room if they don't sync. If you are using computer audio and using classic view there were issues with breakout rooms with this, the standard view has been said to fix this issue, however I don't know as we haven't moved to Standard view yet.
