Hi,

Another quick question. How does breeze work with voice? With webex, you have to call a main number. How about breeze? Is the communications transferred over the web?

Breeze has built-in VoIP capabilities - each user needs at least a set of speakers to listen (and if they wish to contribute, a microphone as well). Breeze does offer integrated teleconferencing options through a few 3rd-party vendors (the list can be found here), however it will not bridge the built-in VoIP capabilies (speakers/microphones) with users using a regular telephone.

From our experience with the military, it was not feasible to expect every meeting participant to have a microphone, so we signed up for the free 30-day trial from Premiere Global Services (which did work quite well) and I would recommend trying that if you have a need for an integrated teleconferencing solution. Although we already have a teleconferencing capability, the added convenience of being able to dial in meeting participants without any action on their part was appealing.
