Question

Breeze Freeze

I am on a Powerbook G4, 1.5 GHz Processor, 2GB DDR SDRAM. OS X 10.3.9 (I have a colleague with the newest OS version with similar problems). I am a new user of Breeze and every single time I am in a meeting, it freezes and I have to force quit out of Breeze. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in as well as Flash and I am still experiencing the same problem across all browsers (Safarie, Firefox, Explorer, and Netscape). It seems that the more video/audio is being used the quicker it freezes (sometimes just a few minutes after entering the meeting), but also it eventually freezes when no video/audio is being sent by myself nor the other user(s). Please help if you have any thoughts.

Thank you,
Adam

    Hi Adam:

Try adding the url parameter ?launcher=false to the url of your
    meeting room.

Does it still crash when you do that?

If so, please contact technical support so we can help you
    troubleshoot this further:

    Hope this helps!

    Jeff,
Yes, this seems to work. Thank you so much. Can you explain to me what is going on?

    Thank you,
