Breeze Pricing and Support Qs

I've had a frusting morning - having spent a solid 2 hours on the phone being tossed around from Breeze Sales to Adobe Sales to Adobe Support. No one seems to know whom I should speak with. Is this an issue with Breeze? If we go with this solution will we be dealing with a support team that doesn't even know who to talk to?

Anyways.... my questions are:

1. For the 10 pack monthly option - how much does it cost to add an additional user?
2. For the monthly option you get 1 Gig or storage; how many meetings will that hold? (What's the avg. size / meeting?)
3. For meetings - does Breeze meeting record video and audio?

    1) For the 10 pack monthly option, the price differs if you are purchasing for a commercial, government or educational organization. Costs also will depend if you opt for a hosted or licensed version. Assuming you are starting at a 10+ user license and do not have high security concerns, you are more than likely selecting a hosted version for starters. There are a few other discounting considerations. Give us a call, it should only take a couple minutes.

    2) Meeting sizes depend on the number of users, the type of content and length of time the meeting is held. To provide an example a 4 person meeting that lasted 30 minutes, shared a 2MB file among the users, viewed a 6.5MB video and a (4 minute) 3.5MB Breeze presentation as well as used the white board was recorded. The recorded file size was 15.7 MB and did not include VoIP audio. The avg meeting size depends on the user, however this should give you something to work with

    3)Breeze meeting does record audio and video.
