Breeze Pricing and Support Qs
I've had a frusting morning - having spent a solid 2 hours on
the phone being tossed around from Breeze Sales to Adobe Sales to
Adobe Support. No one seems to know whom I should speak with. Is
this an issue with Breeze? If we go with this solution will we be
dealing with a support team that doesn't even know who to talk to?
Anyways.... my questions are:
1. For the 10 pack monthly option - how much does it cost to add an additional user?
2. For the monthly option you get 1 Gig or storage; how many meetings will that hold? (What's the avg. size / meeting?)
3. For meetings - does Breeze meeting record video and audio?
