Breeze Quiz problem with failed grade action

I have a Breeze presentation that I am publishing for elearning. I have the quiz settings to send the user back to the beginning of the slides if they fail the quiz. However, when I test, I fail the quiz, when my results display i've failed and when I click on the continue button nothing happens. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!!
