Bug when streaming video in Connect?

Hi all, I think we have discovered a bug when streaming video in Connect. Can someone from Adobe (or anyone else) confirm this is a bug and will be fixed?

1. In the Connect room, click "Start My Webcam"

2. Click Allow to give Connect access to the webcam

3. Click Start Sharing before the user's webcam stream appears in the Preview window

Result: video does not appear to the user or other participants.

If the user clicks Start Sharing after the user's stream appears in the Preview window, the video stream is successfully streamed to the room.

Can this be fixed?
