Calendar + meeting License Quota

Hi,

Assume we have 100 licenses. We want to have the ability to see how many licenses are available for use when we schedule a meeting. This is not available "as is" in the product. What we have is a report query facility to see the total number of meeting hosts.

What we may need is a software that pulls information realtime from the Adobe Connect Pro Enterprise Server and then uses the information when another meetign is scheduled during the same time/date?

    This is available in the product.

    Log into your server. Go to Administration. In the account summary go to Reports. Then Meeting Reports. It will show what meetings are currently active and how many people are in them and what your peak concurrent meeting attendance was for the past month.

    If you want something else ConnectSolutions has a tool that will show you what rooms are in use and how many people are in them. you can find it at: http://www.connectsolutions.com/content/meetingpulse.html
