Call control integration with Adobe Connect public hosted service

Hi,

I am looking into call control integration between public Adobe Connect servers and our audio-conferencing bridging infrastructure.

I understand this is possible by the developement of a jar leveraging your TelephonyAdaptor Interface but that is if I have my own Adobe connect server.

So are there public APIs I can connect to through the internet to achieve call control integration (you press "mute line" on Connect and it mutes the phone line of a participant) between your public Connect service and my bridging infrastructure?

Thanks !

    Hi,

No, it is not possible to develop such integration without developing a jar. There is no other public API other than Java interface to achieve call-control integration.

And it is currently not possible to run an external jar on Adobe hosted servers as it could cause security/performance/stability issues to Adobe hosted environment.

    Thanks,

Not for hosted accounts. Have you tried the build in universal voice set-up for Connect hosted. For Connect 7.x only one-way. Should be two-way when hosted accounts are upgraded to Connect 8
