Question

camera does not work in app but in browser it does

I am having problems. When I am using adobe connect on browser the video image works, but when I open the meeting using the downloaded app the video just does not load, a circle appears like the image is loading but nothing changes.

    Any chance another application is holding on to your camera's feed? Something like Teams or Zoom?
