Can adobeconnect subdomain name be changed?

Hi everyone,

Our company has chosen to use Adobe connect for the occasional webinar. IT purchased a subscription for my colleage as a means of trying it out for a couple of months, so we're quite new to the connect game.

It all works fine, however, the subdomain name is set to a generic http://meet73271184.adobeconnect.com. Is there any way to change/have this changed to a more friendly URL? I would like to give our users a more friendly subdomain.

Custom URLs are only available if you purchase and account through a reseller. The account should be able to be updated with a new URL to get rid of the meet number if you purchase through a reseller. You can find resellers in your part of the world here: Adobe Connect Partners
