Can i deactivate the pop up boxes when a comment is made in a meeting?
When a presenter is presenting and a comment is made a white box pops up and interrupts the meeting - can these be deactivated?
We do a lot of streamed meetings to other offices. The format is usually a PowerPoint presentation that is screen shared to the rest of the group.
The set up is that I as the admin open and host the meeting and invite the presenter to share their screen both with the online audience and on the big screen. In full screen, when a comment is made it shows up on the big screen and is very distracting. Can we disable the message pop ups?
