Can i deactivate the pop up boxes when a comment is made in a meeting?

When a presenter is presenting and a comment is made a white box pops up and interrupts the meeting - can these be deactivated?

We do a lot of streamed meetings to other offices. The format is usually a PowerPoint presentation that is screen shared to the rest of the group.

The set up is that I as the admin open and host the meeting and invite the presenter to share their screen both with the online audience and on the big screen. In full screen, when a comment is made it shows up on the big screen and is very distracting. Can we disable the message pop ups?

    Yes, that notification can be disabled. Either go into the Preferences section of the Chat pod's Pod Options Menu or go to Meeting > Preferences > Chat Pod and in the Chat notifications options select Disable.
