We have a different user name and password for our trial account than the paid one.
We did one class session on our trial account. How can I get that in the records for our paid account??
You can export the recording source files by adding /output/yournamehere.zip?download=zip to the recording URL. However, if you were sharing a PPT or other type of document that will not transition as part of the recording. If you shared via screen sharing, then the recording should fully transition.
Otherwise, you can make an FLV by using the Make Offline option and then transition the FLV to your new account, but it will be a non-interactive version of the recording.
