Can I recover a meeting space after a host is deleted?

Removing a user account doesn't remove the meetings/content associated with that user. The meeting will just need to have you added to it as a Host and possibly placed in a folder that you have rights to. If you aren't a member of the Meeting Host group, then you will likely need to become one.
