Question

Can my two different logins on my computer (both me) use Presenter?

I have Presenter and Microsoft Office installed on my Windows 7 computer. There has been a compatibility problem with Flash, Presenter and Office -- that appears to be caused by a corrupted profile. (See Presenter keeps asking for Flash Player update)  So, I created a new login (with a new profile) so that I could "solve the problem". But when I try to use Presenter with the new login it tells me that Presenter is not registered.

First, is Presenter registered to my computer or to a particular login on my computer? Second, if it is not tied to a particular login, then how can I get it "registered" for the 2nd login?

Will move your question to the Connect forum which is also meant for Presenter questions. This is the Captivate forum. For Captivate it is NOT possible to use a subscription license with another Adobe ID than the one you used while registering. Maybe different for Presenter, but doubt it.

Hi Paul.

Assuming you have a monthly cloud subscription. So sorry to hear you are having issues. Your login is registered to the applications, and you are able to use your login on two computers (assuming desktop and laptop). So its not registered to the computer, just the login. That way if you lose your computer or are don't have it with you, you could always login with your username and password and have all your files and preferences.

Hope this helps.
