Can no longer edit participant names

We almost always rename the the user with the webcam so the video sub-title becomes the room name. We frequently rename participants to reflect their locations and roles. Both features are now absent from our Adobe hosted product. I need them back!

    Figured this out. If you select "Customize format" for the format of names under Preferences, Display Name, then the option to edit attendee and user info disappears from the attendee pod menu.

    Hi eric,

    You can still edit participant's info. just click on the Attendee's name in the attendee pod and goto attendee pod drop-down menu. There you will see Attendee Options--> Edit User Info... option.
