Can not log into my connect account
I have the same problem every year. I get auto payment of my connect account but after the renewal I can not log into the account as it says my account has expired. I have to then go and use the help desk and get it activated.
Well again this year it has happened and 3 times I have been on the online chat help and no one can fix it. They all tell me that it has be esculated and will get a responce in 24 hours. Well guess what been a week now and still can't log in. They are more then happy to take my money but not give me the service I have paid for.
Maybe someone here can get this fixed
