Can not log into my connect account

I have the same problem every year.  I get auto payment of my connect account but after the renewal I can not log into the account as it says my account has expired.  I have to then go and use the help desk and get it activated.

 

Well again this year it has happened and 3 times I have been on the online chat help and no one can fix it.  They all tell me that it has be esculated and will get a responce in 24 hours.  Well guess what been a week now and still can't log in.  They are more then happy to take my money but not give me the service I have paid for.  

 

Maybe someone here can get this fixed

I'd recommend working with a reseller. You end up getting more features and functions for the same price and you have someone to talk to when issues come up. Also, the renewal process would be through them, rather than Adobe's automated portal, which seems to have this issue for some people.
