Can not open the recorded meeting

Hello

Yesterday, I recorded a more than one hour meeting. But now, when I go the the record page, and click that link, it doesn't work. It stays in the connecting page for more than half hour. I thought it might be some server error. But after I make another test record, it works perfect.

Does the recording I made yesterday doesn't secuss? But the record information shows it last 1 hour and 40 mins, everything looks good. But I can't open it.

What should I do? It's a very important meeting record for me.
