Can captions that were produced in real time during an Adobe Connect webinar be edited at a later date to improve accuracy?

Anyone?  Not a trick question, I just want to know if it's technically possible.

I think the issue is that it is a minority of users who use the Closed Caption pod and of those users a much smaller group would consider editing the captions post event. So, there aren't many people out there who would have the answer, and they may or may not be active here.

That said, you could try downloading the source files of the recording by adding /output/YourNameHere.zip?download=zip to your recording URL and then see if the text from the Closed Caption pod is available in an XML file. You should be able to modify the XML file in any text editor (I personally like Note Pad ++) and then re-insert it into the zip and re-upload the zip to your Connect server. If that doesn't work then you may want to reach out to Adobe directly and see if they have any insight.
