Can't access a recorded Connect Meeting. Asks for log in details, don't have password. Uni account.

Hello. I've recently started a degree programme, which is largely being administered through Adobe Connect at the moment. All of the videos I can access, as I can enter as a guest - except one. It asks me for my log in details. 

 

I haven't knowingly set up an account, but I have one through my uni. I'm logged on to it now, but I haven't had to enter a password - and there is nowhere to reset the password. 

 

Nevertheless, the video asks for an email address and password. If I enter the email address that is attatched to this account, and click "Forgotten my password" it says "We'll send you an email to reset, if you have access to this video" or words to that effect. I haven't had an email out as yet.

 

Is this an issue with the way the lesson has been set up? I've emailed the lecturer - but I just can't work it out.

The lecturer will need to change the permissions for how the recording can be accessed. Continue to work with them.

Hi! Thanks for that. It turns out they hadn't published it. I've been able to access now. 🙂
