Question

Can't change password

When I click on the link to reset my password in the Service Plan Home: Account Information page, I get an error:

"Not Found
The selected resource does not exist.
For further assistance, please check out the Breeze support center or contact Breeze support."

Of course, I am being asked by Adobe to pay $199 to have someone tell me how to fix this. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is? This sure looks like a bug to me.

right, it might be the spam filter in the server which blocks any incoming email from breezecentral.com, just tried it and it sent out an email almost instantly

    Hi AvatarDPS

Yes, the "forgot password link" should send you an email right away.
Most likely the response is being blocked by your spam filter. Please
fill out a support request so we can help you resolve this password
    issue:

    Hope this helps!

I have all the IP addresses for Adobe whitelisted, and nothing for Adobe is showing up in the spam trap for our domain. I have opened a trouble ticket and hope to have this resolved soon. Thanks.

I am the administrator and creator of this monthly hosted account, so I should have admin privileges. I can do everyting else, AFAIK.

How long should it take to get a response to the "forgot my password" request? Normally these sorts of requests on other sites get a response wthin a few minutes, but not in this case.

    Hi AvatarDPS:

Do you have administrator privileges on the system?

If not, you can also change your password by going to the home page of
your Breeze Meeting Server and click on the "Forgot your password"
    link.

You can obtain complimentary electronic support by going here:

    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/breeze/index.cfm?event=support

    Hope this helps!
