Question

Can't connect to my own meeting

when I type in the url for my meeting, I can't enter.

I get a message saying "This is a private meeting. Your request to enter has been sent to the host. Please wait for a response"

Well that's not going to work since I am the host. This happens whether I'm logged in or not. Any advice?

Sounds like you may have removed yourself as a host on your meeting. If you go to "edit participants" through the web manager, do you see yourself listed as a host? If not, add yourself and set to host and then try joining the room.

If it is Connect Non-Pro or Brio there is no administration to it. In Connect Pro you would have an administration website where you can setup multiple meetings and also have multiple users with different roles assigned etc. I guess you only have the one room. The only thing I can think of is to make 100% sure that you are connecting to the correct room address + right username password etc. and also try from other machines + give Adobe a call or log a support case online. Also try to reset your password, sometimes that miraculously works for Connect Hosted.
