Can't delete users from address book

I have Connect Professional, in a hosted envoriment. When I attempt to delete a user, I recieve the following message:

Account Limit Reached

You do not have enough quotas to perform this operation.

For further assistance, please check out the Connect Enterprise support center or contact Connect Enterprise support.


The steps I take are as follows:
1. Log into Enterprise Manager as Admin
2. Click "Administration" in the top menu bar
3. Click "User and Groups"
4. Scroll down to the user and click to highlight them
5. Click "Delete"
6. Click "Delete" again

Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Try to remove the user from Authors Group using the Edit Group Membership then delete the user.

    • Login to Acrobat Connect manager > Administration > Users and Groups > Search for the name of the user you wish to delete > Highlight the name > Information button > Edit Group Membership > Select Authors > Remove

    • Delete the user as you would normally do.
