Can't enter a meeting room as a host

Hi,

I show up as a host in the setup area however when I enter my meeting room, I am only a participant. What is preventing me from entering as a host?

I have deleted all previous meeting in case as I saw an answer posted online that said a host can only be in one meeting at a time.

First, you must be a member of the Meeting Host group. Once you are a member of the Meeting Host group, you can then create as many meetings as you want/need, but you can only be actively in one of the rooms at a time.

It sounds like you are probably an Admin in the system, so you can create and manage the rooms, but cannot host them.
