Can't enter my account. Can't have access to my registrations.

The customer service and the site is very "customer UNFRIENDLY" I don't know how to have help and resolve.

    You need to reach out to the Admin for your Connect account, or you can do the Forgot My Password link on the login page for your Connect account to reset your password. The reset password email may end up on your junk box, so keep an eye out for it.

    If you are the admin of your account, then you need to contact Adobe Support at 800-945-9120.
