How are you broadcasting audio in the Meeeting room? VoIP or Phone?

The phone - using the conference call set up.

OK, two things can be at play here:

    1. Did you start the audio in the room? You need to go to Audio > Start Meeting Audio and then ensure that the phone bridge is selected. Then have the bridge call out to you, or you call into it. Either way you should see a telephone icon in the room next to your name or your dial in number. If the room is not aware of the phone bridge's use, then it can't cue a recording of it.

    If you did that.

    2. When you record a meeting using an integrated telephone, the audio is traditionally recorded by the telephone bridge provider, and then imported to the recording after it is completed. This can take anywhere from a minute to a few hours depending on the provider and the duration of the recording. If you watch the recording before the audio is migrated over, then it will be a silent recording.
