can't hare screen

updated adobe connect,  as per product notification that all adobe connect 11.0 windows users will be required to updarte, on windows 7 and a windows 10 pc. windows7 no problem. but windows 10 when i tried to share my screen it generates "adobe connect stopped working" windows is closing window. i am able to share whiteboard.
