Can't see my rooms in 12.4

Question

When I log into the new backend I am unable to see any of the NOAA rooms. I can see 1 room that I created over a year ago to run tests but none of the rooms that we actually use for production.  I am unable to see a list of all the events past and future.It took me some time but I was able to finally access  a recording that I needed. But it was really a hack and a lot of unessesary navigation. Rob LevyProduction ManagerNOAA

This could be a permissions issue in the account. I'd recommend you start by reaching out to an Admin of your account to see if anything was removed/changed with your permissions in the account. If that doesn't bear any fruit, you will probably want to reach out to Adobe Support for this, as they'll be the group that can look at the account and offer some explanation of what might have happened.
