Can't share a PDF in the latest version of Connect

I'm running the latest version, in  Standard mode.  I can't share a PDF. I've tried dragging and dropping and loading from files. It says the selected document could not be retrieved, try uploading the document again. I've read some others having a similar issue, is this a known issue?

Hi, Melissa.

 

I just tried it.  It seemed to work fine for me.  Are you talking about sharing a PDF document in a Share Pod, so it can be viewed on screen?  That's what I just tried.  I assumed there would be no difficulties with File Share.  I've used that in the last day or two.

Yes, that is what I was trying to do. I think the file has a password to edit. Someone else succeded in uploading for me - must just be me.
