Can't show all of Connect on external monitor

I have a MacBook Pro with 10.13.4, Connect 11.9.985.57, and an external monitor. When viewing a session -- mine or another person's -- and drag the session to the external, the entire screen is taken up by only a section of the lower-left side:

When I drag it back, it's fine. Any ideas?
