can't sign in at all!! urgent

After trying the trial, I decided to buy my monthly Meeting pack. Once paid, I received the email with user & password. I tried to login but it failed. Then I asked for "forgotten password", using the user that was given to me but it said "user unknown"!

How can this be?!

I have meetings to prepare for today and there's no support anywhere?! How can this be??

You can call the support number at 1800-422-3623 or you can work with a reseller who can help ensure the process goes smoothly, while providing a lower cost annual solution with a custom url and account branding with 100 participant sessions.  We also provide free training daily on top of what Adobe offers and have our own tech support team in the US.

Keep in mind, it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be fully created and available to you. If you just purchased and were unable to log in, it may just be that the account is not yet ready.
