Can view and watch recording but cannot edit some of the recordings

In my on premise adobe connect system 9

i can view and edit some of the recordings .

But some of the recordings can be viewed but cannot be edited.

When i try to edit i got the following error.

Not Found 

The selected resource does not exist.

I am the super administrator of the system. and also i have host role in the meeting that i cannot edit.

    This sounds like there may be DB issue. Possibly something didn't align with an update. I'd recommend you reach out to Platinum Support and have them review the issue with you.

    So, you are not current with an M&S agreement with Adobe? You may still be able to get the DB update files between the previous version you had installed an the one you are currently on. If you can get those from Adobe, then run them in your SQL DB and see if that resolves the issue.

    Also, try to edit a recording, get the error and then go to the logs on the server and see what error messages are recorded there. They may give you some insight as to what is causing the issue.
