Cancel trial account - locked out of account because of no social sign in or something

I signed up for the 7 day free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro but would like to cancel. When I go to cancel my trial it brings me to a screen that tells me that no social sign in is allowed or something and after submitting the verification code sent to my email I'm told it was incorrect and am now locked out of my account. I need to be unsubscribed from this service before the end of the trial.
