Cannot connect on specific computer

Cannot log on to adobe connect account from my work laptop. Have tried on various browsers - the connection diagnostic for Adobe Connect gives me green ticks across the board. I can log on from other computers. I have tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome - and tried by cleaning cookies and cache. I’m using Windows 7. I’ve also tried a friend’s login from my work computer - also to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

    What is happening when you try to log in? Are you getting an error message? Can you share a screen shot?
