hi, We have our own breeze server situated off site. Everything else within breeze works fine, setting up users, adding online quizzes etc, but it is not currently letting us enter a meeting room, it just takes ages trying to connect then brings up an error message. Ive been through the troubleshooters and all my settings are fine. any ideas?

    Hi,

Also try to verify if the host mappings are set correctly. Configuration can make or break the features. Please refer to the TechNote below for more information:

Thanks for the quick response, although this has all been checked and appears to be in order, yet we still cannot connect to the actual meeting room! Highly frustrating, any more ideas?

    hello dubble,
    what error message is reported?
what does the Adobe test meeting ( http://admin.adobe.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm) page say?
what your own test meeting page ( http://{your.breeze.domain}/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm)?

just some additional info which may or may not be of use, but we have opened all necessary ports, the main one in question being 1935 for the RTMP flash meeting rooms. But still this is not working! any ideas?
