cannot connect with password to Adobe Connect

I cannot connect anymore through my university portal through Adobe Connect to view recorded class sessions. the passwrod doesn't work anymore and the new password generator also doesnt result in a password link that gets me in

    You will need to talk to your University to get your password and access resolved. They are the ones who can provide a solution.
