Cannot enter serial number in french

Hi,

I received a serial number for a Trial for Adobe Connect. I tried with the french version of the install but nothing was happening after I entered my serial number. So I cancelled the installation program and restart chosing english instead and I was about to enter my serial number...

it's on adobe connect 9

    (in my previous message we should read "I was able to enter my serial number", not about. But in the french version, my licence was not working properly (doing nothing... no messages, just nothing)

    Yes, and I even had another problem but this time not related to the installation language. I cannot enter email address from my work... It seems like the Regex doesn't allow me to enter email adresse ending with @xxx.xxx.ca . This is a major problem for me.. this is a valid email address...

    Very odd about the serial key not working when you set the installer to French. I'd call Platinum Support about that, 866-335-2256.

    As to the e-mail, I've seen that as a bug in the installer for Connect 9. The installer seems to want a '.com' e-mail, so I've just put in a yahoo.com or gmail.com e-mail to get the installer completed, and then modified the emails in the Server Configuration tool after the server is installed.
