Cannot hear audio as an attendee in Adobe Connect since last major update 11
I am stumped on what is causing my issue. I frequently attend webinars hosted with Adobe Connect, but since the last major update I cannot hear any audio within the webinar. Recordings playback fine. I've run the audio wizard, downloaded the app multiple times, uninstalled/installed it, had my IT dept check and update drivers, tried playing in Chrome and Edge browsers and the app, and I still cannot hear any audio. I can hear the computer system sounds, but nothing from the host/presenters. What is potentially causing this type of issue?
