Cannot Login into Adobe Connect

I cannot login into Adobe Connect with my CAC card.  I can only login as a guest.  Would you be able to correct this problem for me?

    Since you are using DCO, you should probably work with their support staff. There aren't many people here who can support that deployment. There are login/registration proceedures here, as well as links to support for it: Adobe - Defense Connect Online
