Cannot turn off List in Training Catalog for Learner Self-Enrollment

We have on-premise test and prod Connect instance. We are on version, package=9.1.1.5.20130924.1215873

I have several Training Curriculum that I have listed in the Training Catalog for Leaners to Self-Enroll. I want to turn these off now since they are completed and just take up space in the training catalog. When I attempt to uncheck the "List in Training Catalog for Learn Self-enrollment" box and then click on Save, I get a message: Request not Processed.  The system was unable to process your request.

I can do this in our Test Connect instance with no issues. I checked permissions for both instances and they look the same for the training catalog.

Any suggestions, why this does not work in our production instance?

You may want to look at the server error or debug logs and see if something stands out. Otherwise, I would have Platinum Support look at the server and see if they can identify what may be causing the issue.
