Cannot view recordings from hosted account

- Using a hosted account, we are unable to view/download recordings that are older than 8 years old. (Why we have recordings that old is another discussion altogether.)

- Has anyone been able to view/access older recordings since the transition to Connect 11.x?

This is a known issue, and the short answer is those recordings were never built to work in an HTML based solution. Adobe is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.
