Cant use adobe connect through browser suddenly

So this morning with laptop it was ok i joined the class through browser (I cant install the app on pc it doesnt work for some reason but worked with browser) but for my second class it was ok at first but after the break i couldnt join through browser anymore. like the option join with browser was gone and it kept saying install the app when i wanted to join. The thing is i checked the other class again after this and the browser option was still there but not with this one. Is it sth the professor should make available? Should i tell him to make join with browser available or its not on his end???

    @killjoy_988060 The session host or professor can require attendees to join their session exclusively through the desktop application.
