Captivate Quiz Published in Connect does not work

I have published a quiz in a seperate layout after a Presenter slideshow. The quiz has a splash screen with a "start quiz" button inserted and only about half the people in the meeting room can interact with that button. Whats worse is that it is not consistent, people that couldn't use it one day can enter the same meeting (different session) and take the quiz. Just like every error I've encountered with adobe products, its rarely consistent and any number of possibilities could create the error. Anyone else have something similar?

Hi chammond46,

I am not sure what may be causing this intermittent issue, but the Captivate file is indeed worth having a look at. Can you please mail the same @ sameerpuri87@gmail.com so that somebody from engg. team can have a look at what may be going wrong. Also, any particular reproducible steps to reproduce this one may help us in identifying the problem easily.. Otherwise, just list down the steps you are following which causes this.
