Captivate window size is incorrect on launch from Connect

Hi, I have been running a trial on Adobe Connect and have loaded a number of SCORM lessons created in Adobe Captivate to test. It all works well except when I tested e-mailing a lesson to a user the containing window doesn't open to the correct size when it is launched. It is smaller than the stage size and has to be manually resized by the viewer. This is very confusing for the viewer.

Does anyone know if there is a setting in Connect that determines the size on launch?

    I too am having the same problem.

    The window appears to play the FLV video but with a really small height. The user then has to click the window pane and i adjusts but when it initially loads the size is all dodgy.

    Any reasons why?

    Also - it's happening on more than one computer

    Hey are you sure that its not just happening on your end or on just one computer. There is a setting somewhere but I think it has to do with your computer not the program.
