Certificate of Completion

I need to add a student's name to a certificate of completion. I'm able to get the certificate to open and pull in the Course name and the date, but no student name. Does anyone have a solution? I can provide the file I'm using. (I'm publishing from Storyline 2 with the LMS settings).

    Here is a post about creating custom certificates for use with Adobe Connect. It should have the parameter in there for calling the user name.
