Change Registration Confirmation message?

My users want to change the message that appears in the browser window on submit when their participants register for a Connect Event. Current message is labeled "Registration Confirmation" and appears to be hard coded: event/registration_confirm.html

Where can I find the HTML for this message so I can alter it?
