Changing guestname

Im joing a meeting room as a guest with this url

http://example.com/employeeMeeting/?guestName=joy

But when I go to the same meeting room using a different guestName it still displays the previous guestName.

How do I resolve this?

    I'm almost positive this is happening because you are still logged in as guest 1.  If you are logged in, Connect Pro will keep this session alive and even if you try to login as someone else, it will still consider you guest 1.

    To test this, try to enter the same meeting from a second computer with a different guest name.  Or leave the meeting room and let the session expire before going in as guest 2.
