Choppy Audio

We have been experiancing choppy audio that last 2 days (9/21 and 9/22) in our adobe connect training sessions. Wondering if anyone else is experiancing the same issue. We use Arkadin Audio for the phobe lines. We are all on the application (no HTML) and all on a phone line (no VoIP turned on)
