Closed caption in Adobe Connect

The latest update in Adobe (11.2) is supposed to have included closed captioning capability. However, it is not showing up in my menu.

Are you sure that your account has been upgraded to Connect 11.2? Not all server clusters have been upgraded yet, so it is worth verifying. If you go to the help menu in the room (at the top right with a ?) and select About Adobe Connect, what version of the Adobe Connect Server is shown?

That must be it! I thought we already upgraded on 2/21/2021, but apparently not yet.

I have an option under Preferences to enable close captions.

The option is not available for me, as the attached image shows. There should be an option below Q & A for Closed Captions.
