Closed Caption process for an uploaded mp4

I am quite comfortable creating the vtt file format for my .mp4s ijn Premiere pro and have no problem uploading the videos into share pods in Connect. we have just moved to v11 and I am trying to find the process to get the caption sidecar files connected to the video and where they should be loaded.
