Closing a course and refeshing home screen

Is there a way to close a course upon completing and refresh the home screen to display the update status of the courses?

Currently I have to get uses to click the x in the corner of the screen and then press F5 which is a bit annoying.

    Hi Ben:

    I don't believe there is any way to do this currently if you're using
    Breeze Presenter to author your content.

    Conceivably, this could be done with another more sophisticated
    content creation program such as Authorware, which would allow you to
    both close itself upon completion and redirect to a URL (or pass a
    JavaScript command to refresh/reload the web app).
